- Career spans over 15 years’ international experience in a wide range of firms: from consumer goods marketing and international recruitment at L’OREAL to recruitment and international HR Management in the financial sector. Prior to becoming an independent coach and consultant, held the position of HR Director ContinentalEurope at Fidelity Worldwide Investment for 8 years, managing teams across multiple locations.
- Was elected Luxembourg HR Manager of the Year 2010
- In 2011, left corporate career to live my passion: supporting people and organisations in learning and growing
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, specializing in HR Management and Marketing
- Studied and worked in France, the US, Germany and Luxembourg
- Fully fluent in German, French and English – I coach and lead trainings and workshops in all these languages
- Completed coach training and certification as a systemic coach with The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the world’s largest coach training school and one of the few accredited with the International Coach Federation (ICF)
- Currently a Member of the Board of the International Coach Federation (ICF), Luxembourg Chapter
